1. The temperature does not meet the combustion requirements
When the gear pump is operating normally, the outlet temperature of the electric heater is 125°C. When it reaches the burner of the forging heating furnace through the 80-meter fuel pipeline (φ25), the temperature drops to 90°C, which cannot meet the fuel temperature required by the burner.
2. Incomplete combustion of fuel oil
The physical properties of the fuel oil cannot reach the temperature required by the burner. The low temperature and high viscosity of the fuel oil make the fuel oil burn incompletely, affect the atomization effect of the fuel oil, and cause black smoke from the chimney. Coking occurs on the furnace and flame-stabilizing plate, which reduces the efficiency of the heating furnace and increases the labor intensity of coking removal. Each time the coking removal requires two people to operate and stop the furnace for 2 hours. During this period, the furnace temperature drops quickly. Will cause a waste of fuel.
High energy consumption
Due to the need to ensure the temperature of the fuel oil, a forging heating furnace needs about 2 tons of fuel oil per day. The oil temperature before entering the electric heater is about 50°C, which needs to be increased to 130°C. The power consumption per day is higher. Big.
4. Local fuel pressure loss
In the production operation, in order to maintain a good combustion effect, it is necessary to adjust the operating parameters reasonably. However, the current existing 2CY-1.08/2.5 gear pump, due to the long service life, the pump outlet pressure can only reach 1.0Mpa. But when it reaches the burner of the heating furnace through the 80-meter fuel pipeline (φ25), the fuel pressure is 0.8Mpa due to the loss of local pressure energy.
The above problems are mainly caused by the incompatibility of the temperature and pressure of the fuel oil before entering the combustor and the conditions of complete combustion. The reason for these problems is that the current equipment is not compatible with the fuel oil system. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the forging furnace equipment.
